Mark Mendes - "Wam Bam" (Mar186)
I'd not heard of Mark Mendes before this track, but I'm gonna be tracking down more of his stuff if it's like this. He's a young (only 19) Canadian producer, and if he is capable of churning out tracks like this at his age then there are good things to come in future.
This track reminds me of a richard dinsdale production, the beats, the bassline and the vocal edits. The only downside is that for the length, there's just not quite enough variation in it to really keep me interested for the whole 7 minutes, but it serves it purpose in a set.
